Lean event at CCI MBO Quimper

The CCIMBO Quimper organised their 3rd yearly Lean event on December 4th.
In the morning, a company visit at ActuaPlast where their Lean efforts were shown and appreciated by all present.

Later that day, our president, Luc Van Landeghem, delivered a keynote on the importance of standard work in a Lean implementation.
